Return Policy

The deadline for product returns is 30 days from purchase date. Although there are NO REFUNDS, customers can exchange items or choose to receive store credit. If your items were lost or damaged during shipping please contact us here so that we can issue a replacement.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1.

To process a return or exchange, please contact us here to receive a link to a Return Authorization Form. Be sure to include your email, order number and reason for your return. Feedback is always valued and much appreciated.

STEP 2.

We will process your return request via email, which will include a shipping label.

STEP 3.

Print and attach the return label to your original shipping package. Please make sure all items are properly protected and well packed as some of our products are very fragile. 

We like to be kind to the earth where we can. Please include all product(s) you wish to return or exchange in original packaging and completed return and/or exchange form.

STEP 4.

Seal your package and away it goes! Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a replacement for the items. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your return has been processed.
